Huawei or Samsung? That is the question. These two smartphones are certainly giving the iPhone a run for it’s money. Lets briefly look at two models from Huawei and Samsung respectively

The Honor 9i strikes a balance between cost and features. For the number features that you get with this smart phone, it’s definitely value for money for under R5000
You get a fingerprint scanner and a 1080p display The processor is good enough for most people’s daily grinds, and the software is easy to use.
If looks are important to you, this is the one for you.

The first thing to grab your attention on the Honor 9i will be its big display.
You get a 5.9-inch Full View screen with an 18:9 aspect ratio and FHD+ resolution (1080×2160 pixels) with good viewing angles.
You can also change the colour temperature The display is bright enough indoors but maybe a bit lacking when used outdoors.
The next things you’ll notice are its four cameras.
The primary rear and front cameras have 16-megapixel camera and 13-megapixel sensors respectively, and both are paired with 2-megapixel secondary sensors which are used to capture depth information and to enable portrait mode.
